- Idaho company since 1999
- Free in-home consultations
- Elevators, stairlifts and platform lifts
An Idaho company, now in the Treasure Valley.
Our office is in Coeur d'Alene, and we now take on projects across the Treasure Valley. You'll get the same thing our North Idaho customers get: a free consultation at your home, a clear written quote, and an install done by people who do this every day.
The valley is getting older as it grows. Boise's median age rose from 32.8 in 2000 to 39 in 2023, and Eagle's is now over 46. More people want to stay in the homes they have, and that's exactly what we help with.

Every area has its own kind of house. Here's what we run into most in and around Boise.
Foothills homes
Homes in the Boise Foothills, Warm Springs, Harris Ranch and the Highlands are often multi-level with daylight basements. A home elevator ties every level together.
North End and East End houses
Older bungalows and early 1900s homes tend to have steep, narrow stairs and a basement. A straight or curved stairlift usually fits without remodeling.
New builds in Eagle, Meridian and Star
Two-story plans and bonus rooms over the garage are everywhere. If you're building, plan an elevator shaft now, even if you add the elevator later.
Churches and small buildings
Vertical and inclined platform lifts add accessible entries and stage access without a full commercial elevator.

Idaho rules for home elevators
Idaho
Elevators and lifts in private residences are exempt from Idaho's state elevator permits and inspections (Idaho Code §39-8606). Building permits come from the City of Boise, your city, or Ada or Canyon County. Lifts in churches and businesses are permitted and inspected by the state elevator program, which has an office in Boise.
We'll tell you which permits your project needs and coordinate with your builder or contractor.

You're based in Coeur d'Alene. Do you really work in Boise?
Yes. Our office is in North Idaho, and we serve Boise and the Treasure Valley too. Call or request an estimate and we'll schedule your consultation.
How quickly can I get a stairlift in Boise?
A straight stairlift can often be installed soon after your consultation. A curved stairlift needs a rail built to your staircase, which usually takes a few weeks to manufacture.
Can you add an elevator to a Foothills home?
Often, yes. Multi-level and daylight-basement homes are good candidates. Stacked closets, a garage corner or an exterior shaft are common solutions, and we'll assess your home in person.
Do you install platform lifts for churches and businesses?
Yes. Vertical and inclined platform lifts are a cost-effective way to add accessible access. Lifts in public buildings go through the state elevator program's permit and inspection process.
Who services the equipment after it's installed?
We do. Ask us about maintenance and service for your home when you call, and we'll explain how service visits are scheduled in the Treasure Valley.
